Seed Mosaics

Students created a mosaic using different seeds to create a feeling with patterns or pictures. Each student was thrilled with how their art turned out. Later in the day, we read the story The Tiny Seed by Eric Carle. In the story, a tiny seed evolves as the seasons pass by. Students connected their art to the literature.
